Not being locals finding driving around Bendigo is quite challenging we kept getting lost trying to find the property in Positive: Warm and spacious and an easy to get in and out with the new smart lock Negative: Just the area

Owners aren’t responding you’re talking to staff extremely strange Positive: Unprofessional I was ill informed them I wasn’t checking in until another day I didn’t expect a refund Yet I was then told on a Sunday not even 24 hrs notice a valuation would be done yet they said they changed plans a week earlier? Also the staff communicate not the owners Many have had issues Cut n paste reply’s are ridiculous I have never complained I asked if the front unit I have stayed in before was available ? It was yet no answer Also ableist Mice throughout They ask you to basically do all housework before you leave As I said … I have never complained about my accomodation Even the errors with front unit Negative: Mice ? Ableist non combination and false accusations

Good dog friendly accomodation Positive: Great property to have your dog.

A very tired and dated property in need of some love and care Positive: Easy to access Negative: The property -the town house- was very tired and dated The carpets downstairs were very stained The sofas were very uncomfortable The bed sheets old, grey, thin and covered in thread bobbles The garden was just tan bark with weeds everywhere and had several dog poos not removed. The bathroom tap had duck tape around the end which I’m sure is a health hazard

Perfect getaway from the hustle n bustle of the city but close enough to enjoy the supermarkets, shopping and restaurant Positive: Right from the very beginning it was smooth. Hosts got in contact right away and were very friendly and welcoming. The check in process was smooth. The house was super cute. Shower was amazing and the location is just perfect! Not too far and not too close. Perfect little private getaway. Negative: Nothing I could really fault the property with. Maybe some locks on the bathroom doors is all I could really think of. Having kids and no privacy was all I could complain about haha.
